IDEAL OWNER

We're selective when bringing on new franchisees to ensure that our reputation for excellence in the home maintenance and remodeling industry remains consistent. We’re looking for passionate entrepreneurs who share our values, vision, and our enthusiasm for customer service. Our ideal owners enjoy interacting with people and the sales process. They will have some remodeling knowledge (not necessarily experience), and desire to lead a team. Our owners do not do the work themselves; they lead a team of quality craftsmen through the home improvement process. Our franchise is designed for the entrepreneur looking to own and operate a low-cost business where the owner is not the principal worker. WHAT DO YOU GET?

Our comprehensive program includes both "hands-on“ and mentorship training in Corporate territory (Bristol VA) and at least one week in your local territory. Instruction includes (but not limited to):

 

   N General Contractor & EPA Licensing (Where applicable)

   N Cost Estimating Methods & Effective Sales Techniques

   N Office Procedures & Bookkeeping

   N Marketing & Lead Generation

   N Ride-Along Guidance & On-the-Job Training

 

Special emphasis in training is placed on interacting with homeowners, job estimating, gaining trust, and effective sales techniques.

 

Take rides with highly-qualified corporate staff members who will educate you on the daily activities of the general manager, foreman, and estimator. You'll also have the opportunity to meet with other Honey Do Service franchise owners to discuss all areas of your business.

Royalties

 

Our royalty fees are a fixed 6% of your gross sales (less than most sales tax), and there is no minimum royalty payment. Because our royalties are based on your sales, we look at it like a commission based coaching system and you can be certain we're fully committed to the growth and success of your business. We've also taken steps to ensure our royalty collection process is seamless and supports your cash flow.
