Training Basics

The Honey Do Service, Inc. Training system is designed to be easy to use and navigate. Upon logging into the Team Zone you will be presented with a User Overview page where you can see your current Learning Path and also access The Knowledge Base.

Training is split into Courses and Lessons. Each Course will have a specific set of training Lessons, and once those Lessons are completed, the Course will be marked as complete, and if applicable, you will be awarded points or a Training Certificate that you can also print and display if desired.

To start a new course, simply click on the course title. You will be brought to the Course overview page with a brief description of what the course will cover.

Below the description, you will see the course content, which is listed as a series of lessons.

To begin, simply click on the first lesson. The lesson will open. Most lessons contain text and images that you simply need to read and understand. Some courses have video content which you need to watch before completing.

Once you have completed the lesson, simply click the Mark Complete button, you will be taken to the next lesson, or if you have completed all lessons in the course, to the Course Overview page.

Courses are usually designed to be completed in sequence, ie Lesson 1 needs to be marked complete before you start Lesson 2, however some courses can be accessed in any sequence desired. These courses are designed to give you or your team direct access to specific training as it is required without the need to complete training that may be of a lower priority first.

Finally, Courses and Lessons are assigned to each User / Franchise by a Training Administrator at The Honey Do Franchising Group. If you require a course that you do not see assigned, please contact us and request access.
